How to Root Sony Xperia Z 4.2.2 (10.3.1.A.0.244) :
- Enable USB debugging in Xperia z from Developer option
- Install Flashtool
- Copy the "XperiaZ_C660X_KernelOnly_10.3.A.0.423_Generic_NL.f tf" and "XperiaZ_C660X_KernelOnly_10.3.1.A.0.244_BE.ftf" to" C:/flashtool/firmware/"
- Now open flashtool
- Click on the flash icon
- Select the "XperiaZ_C660X_KernelOnly_10.3.A.0.423_Generic_NL.f tf"
- Click on Flash
- Hold the volume down button and plug usb cable into your phone
- Wait until flashtool flashes
- Close the Flash tool
- Restart your Phone
- Turn off your phone
- Extract the "DooMLoRD_Easy-Rooting-Toolkit_v18_perf-event-exploit.zip"
- Open runme_win.bat
- Turn off your phone and
- Hold the volume down button and plug usb cable into your phone
- Press any key to continue
- Now open flashtool
- Click on the flash icon
- Select the "XperiaZ_C660X_KernelOnly_10.3.1.A.0.244_BE.ftf"
- Click on Flash
- Hold the volume down button and plug usb cable into your phone
- Wait until flashtool flashes
- Close the Flash tool
- Restart your Phone
And you are done. Now you can use Titanium Backup, Adblock, chainfire 3D etc.
